Fundraising
Over the past five years our activities have included
charity balls, ladies lunches, 70’s rock night, supporting the Bikeathon, taking 200 children to see the Harry Potter film ‘Hollywood’ style, a gents lunch, Christmas Quiz and serving food at the Lions Annual Firework night.
July 2010 Fairmead School
To date we have raised over £19,000
We have donated money to YDH, Fairmead School (for students with learning difficulties), Leukaemia Research, Well Woman Clinic, The Wraxhill Children’s Hospice, Youth Cancer Trust, Balidon, supported a young athlete on her road to the 2012 Olympics and other local individuals who are struggling through illness or misfortune.
